The Oyo State Government has announced the launch of the Online Property Title Search Platform by Governor Seyi Makinde.
A statement by the Commissioner for Lands, Housing, and Urban Development, Mr Williams Akin-Funmilayo, explained that the cutting-edge platform represents a major turning point in the governor’s digital transformation plan, which aims to make doing business in Oyo State easier.
According to the Commissioner, the Online Property Title Search Platform is intended to give the general public a quick and easy way to search property titles from the comfort of their homes, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
By reducing the need for in-person trips to the Ministry of Lands, Housing, and Urban Development, it is expected that the platform will increase productivity and save time.
